K.R.Narayana
Gen.
Secretary,
ITGOA,
Karnataka & Goa.
It is sad that the ECM has not discussed about denying of promotion from DCIT to ad hoc JCIT to 3 comrades of Karnataka on account of deficiency in APRs, which is not fault of the comrades. These 3 members are deprived of promotion since 01/10/2013 and still there is no sign of issue of the said orders. Hope the ECM comrades understand humiliation and embarrassment being caused to these members.
