An Emergency EC  meeting  is called on  18-12-2013 at 6.00  PM in the Association room to deliberate  on following agenda:

1.       Final stage of  BGM preparations

2.      Letter received from  some recently reverted members,  seeking permission to participate in BGM on 19-12-2013, stating that CAT has restored them as ITOs

3.      Letter received from  some recently reverted members,  seeking ITGOA to pursue the implementation of CAT order.

4.      Any other matter with the permission of the chair
