CONSTITUTION OF 7TH PAY COMMISSION

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has approved the composition of the 7th Pay Commission as under:-

Justice Ashok Kumar Mathur -- Chairman

Oil Secretary Sri Vivek Rae --  full-time Member.

Sri Rathin Roy (Director, NIPFP) -- part-time Member

and

Sri Meena Agarwal (OSD, Dept of Exp.) -- Secretary.

The commission has been mandated to submit its report in two years and its recommendations would be implemented from January 1, 2016.
