            We request the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax(CCA) to kindly post the Income Tax Officers (OSD) immediately as the insitu promotion is more-than six months.

           

            Recently, the CBDT has issued revised guidelines/advisory for implementation of Supreme Court Order in N.R.Parmar.  We request the Chief Commissioner (CCA) to complete the implementation of the Supreme Court decision within the time frame set by the Board.
